In this patch I used the Sine VCO from Surge XT and NoteSeq16 to create a generative chord progression.
The resulting pad sound is spread with the Galaxy reverb and the Chronoblob delay, and then processed once again with the Plateau reverb on a send track. Noise is mixed into the sound to add roughness and small imperfections to the timbre.
The same pad is also sent through Elastika to create an additional texture layer.
A soft, pulsating sub bass sets a slow rhythm, which intertwines with moving noise textures, forming a hypnotic rhythmic pattern.
